The district criteria states that the league winners will be the #1 and #2 seed. So one team from the LIAA and one from the WVC will have the 1 & 2 seeds. The 3 - 8 seeds will be done on winning percentage in the leagues.
Any AAA team over .500 qualifies for the play-in down at D11. Seeding is done on a points per win total and ranked with District 11 overall.
