Misericodia University Volleyball Camp

Misericordia University will host a girls' volleyball clinic, July 12-16, 2015 in the Anderson Center.

Under the direction of Misericordia head coach Kelly Fry, the clinic is open to students entering grades 9-12 for the 2015-2016 school year and will be held from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. in the Anderson Center.

The cost of the camp is $125, which includes individual instruction, team drills and play, specialized training for all ages, state-of-the-art facilities, end of the week certificate and a gift.

Under the guidance of an experienced coach and player staff, this all-skillsclinic consists of lectures, demonstrations, and drills. The clinic is designed to teach volleyball fundamentals and provide an opportunity for individual skill development including: serving, passing, setting, hitting, blocking, and digging. Players will be grouped by age and experience so that they can practice in a safe and fun environment. The daily schedule will start with a warm-up and ball control, followed by skill breakdown with instruction and practice drills, and concludes with scrimmaging scenarios.

Things to Wear and Bring: Shirt, Shorts, sneakers, knee pads, water bottle, and a snack.
