Camps and Clinics - Western Wayne

Time: 6-9pm
Cost: $25 donation to the Wildcat AAU (Checks can be made out to "Wildcat Volleyball" or bring cash or check the night of the clinic)

No two coaches are alike and there is no correct mold. Each coach is a unique combination of personality, beliefs, and life experiences. It is helpful to have had playing experience, but it does not guarantee success, nor does more years coaching guarantee better coaching. Being a successful coach is growth and development through trial and error, reflection, and evaluation. Coaches have come to me and asked for advice for their teams. I thought that this would be a good time run a clinic to offer suggestions and ideas.
I would like to cover:
coaching philosophy
planning practices
teaching individual skills
technical development of players
serving, passing, attacking, and blocking
floor defense
coaching matches
handling match situations
