Clarks Summit Open High School League

Starting on Wed. the 24th.
This league is free and open to any high school student that graduated class of 2009, or younger. There will be an hour of open gym on two courts from 4-5. At 5:00, we take the first 4 volunteer captains who then pick their teams using a snake pattern until all players are picked. We then play a 25 pt. game with no cap. There will be two games going on at the same time on the two courts, each player on the two winning teams will accrue 1 pt. for the win. After both games are finished, we take 4 new volunteer captains and re-pick using the snake pattern again. There will be 3 games played a night with each person playing that night having a chance of accruing 3 pts. The person or persons and the end of the season that have accrued the most points will win a custom shirt designed by myself for winning the league. No registration necessary, just show up and play. Open to players from all high schools. Players get to play an hour of open pick-up play, then three 25 pt. games, with a chance to earn a point for each win that night. Every game is with a different team. Players get a chance to play with different players from different teams. It's free and the more times a player comes, the more chance at winning points each player has. Balls are provided to play and warm-up with. The front doors will be locked, have all players come to the back of the school and enter in the rear gymnasium doors which I will have open, if not due to weather or security reasons, just have the players knock. We will be playing a Clarks Summit Elementary School off of Grove Street, this is the same place where Abington Heights plays their JV and Varsity games.
